How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

1. Air Freight:
Fastest shipping option, typically 3-7 days for international deliveries. Most expensive shipping method. Urgent deliveries, time-sensitive goods, and smaller packages.
2. Sea Freight:
Slowest shipping option, typically 30-60 days. Most cost-effective option for large shipments. Bulk orders, non-urgent shipments, and larger packages.
3. Express Shipping:
Fast delivery, typically 3-7 days. Comparable in price to air freight, but faster. Smaller shipments needing fast delivery.

How do I place an Order?

Once you’ve selected a product, choose your desired quantity, review the price (including any tiered discounts), and click “add to Cart, then proceed to Check Out.” Confirm shipping details and payment method to complete the transaction

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement if it hasn’t entered fulfillment. After that window, cancellations become return requests under our Returns & Refunds Policy

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes—you must have an active OkapiMart account in order to purchase goods, simply click Register or Sign Up on our homepage, enter your business or personal details, and verify your email address—there’s no fee to create a buyer account. To check out and place an order, you need to be logged in. This lets us validate your identity, track your orders, and ensure your payments are secure.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the supplier ships, tracking information is uploaded to your “Track My Orders” page. You can also enable email notifications to receive real‑time updates on delivery status

What is your returns policy?

If goods arrive damaged or don’t match the listing, submit a return request within 15 days of delivery. Once approved, ship items back per the instructions in your “My Orders” and track the return—refunds issue within 7 business days of receipt

How do I open a dispute?

If you and the supplier can’t resolve an issue directly, escalate it via the “Open Dispute” button on your order details page. Our Dispute Team will review evidence and mediate toward a fair resolution within 7–10 business days

Payment & Escrow

What payment methods are accepted?

OkapiMart accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For Trade Assurance orders, PayPal payments made through our site are also protected

How does escrow protection work?

When you place an order, your payment is held in escrow. Funds are released to the supplier only after you confirm receipt and satisfaction of the goods, reducing the risk of fraud for both parties

Pricing & MOQs

Are there any minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Most suppliers set MOQs to optimize bulk pricing, but many also offer low‑MOQ options (even single‑unit sales) so you can test products before scaling up

How can I find suppliers and products?

Use the search bar to filter by category, MOQ, Trade Assurance eligibility, and supplier rating. You can also submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to receive custom offers from multiple suppliers at once
